Mamenoka is made using IBARAKI ℓst-1, a special strain of fermentation starter, designed to reduce the characteristic stickiness of natto for a more versatile product, and carefully selected soy beans. Available in two types: soft and mellow WHITE, fermented over 18 hours, and deep and aromatic RED, fermented over 24 hours. Try in salads or appetizers.
